Hairspray the Musical

We joined the 'Coolest kids in town' at John Henry Newman to watch their musical performance of Hairspray.  Year 5 sang and danced along as pupils from JHN wowed us with their talents, we were also able to spot some familar faces in the cast.  A big Thank You to all at John Henry Newman for invitign us to come along to watch.

Jack and the Beanstalk

On Tuesday 10th December 2013, the whole school went to the Belgrade theatre in Coventry to see the 'Jack and the Beanstalk' Christmas panto.... Oh Yes we did!  Year 5 had wonderful seats in the stalls with a great view.  A wonderful day, even if we were a little dissappointed that Mr Wilson wasn't asked to go up on stage.

National Space Centre Trip.

On Wednesday 4th December, we went to the National Space Centre to support our topic 'To infinity and beyond'.  We all had a fabulous day discovering new things about the universe and space travel.
